1. Prepare warm water at 60 Degree C. This is the perfect temperature for brewing matcha green tea to preserve the nutritents and maximize the health benefits.
2. Using the matcha measuring spoon included. Take 1 spoon flat (about 2 grams) into an empty cup.
3. Pour 400 ml of warm water ( about 60 Dgree C) into the empty cup with the matcha green tea in it.
4. Stir until dissolved. Original taste of matcha green tea can be bitter for starters. Raw sugar can enhance the taste and reduce the bitterness. Some people may put honey for the taste.
