Shipping and Handling:
Parcel will be shipped to the shipment address of your order.
Order processing begins after the payment confirmation and requires about 2 business days to process.
All parcels will be shipped via Canada Post or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
At this time, we can only ship to US and Canada with a physical address. We cannot ship parcels to PO Box and APO at this time since there is no confirmation of receipt.
We ship Monday through Saturday.
Order Completed E-mail will be issued when your order is packed & ready to ship. No order change or cancellation request will be accepted when the order completion e-mail is issued.
Shipping and handling fees are included in the price.
We will not be liable for shipment delay or parcel lost due to postal handling, parcel being opened or damaged by custom check.
Buyer will be responsible for any local charges & taxes if and when applicable.
We are unable to be liable for parcel being opened or damaged by custom check.


Invoicing, Payment and Confirmation:
Ordering from our secure website is both safe and easy and can be accessed 24/7.
After placing your order you will receive several e-mail confirmations.
We process off site invoicing and payments via Square. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice via email and please response to the email by confirming and paying the invoice.
We accept MasterCard and Visa via Square (https://squareup.com/) . (The reliable 3rd party online payment agent.)
Tracking Number will be provided via e-mail. (If tracking number available for chosen ship mode)
All Products under our US Square Store https://squareup.com/store/matchamoment are all priced in US dollars. Once we receive the payment, we will immediately process the order.
All Products under our CANADIAN Square Store https://squareup.com/store/MatchaMomentCAD/ are all priced in Canadian Dollars.
Matcha Moment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Matcha Moment will refund the full amount to your credit card account.


Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the items and high shipping cost, all sales are Final.
No Return, No Exchange, No Refund, No Exception.
